Delivery and payment
Delivery:
  • We deliver and pick up equipment at your address in Bali — at your villa, apartment, or coworking space.
  • Door-to-door delivery and return. We will deliver your order and pick it up at the end of the rental period.
  • Convenient coordination. You choose the address and date, and we confirm the details and keep you informed of the status.
  • Inspection upon receipt. Together, we check the completeness and appearance of the equipment and, if necessary, provide advice on connection.
  • You can move. If you have changed your location, simply update your address in your personal account — the system will use the current data when processing the return.

Payment:
  • All orders are placed online — quickly and securely.
  • Payment when placing an order. You can see the contents of your order and the total amount in advance, then confirm the payment.
  • Deposit (if required). Some orders may require a refundable deposit, which will be returned after the equipment has been returned and checked.
  • Documents. Upon request, we will prepare a receipt/invoice (if provided for by your payment method).
  • Taxes. In some cases, taxes/fees may apply according to the rules of your country.
FAQ
Select the item(s) → add to cart → specify your address in Bali → pay online (by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). We deliver the next day (or at an agreed time). Pickup is also at our expense at the end of the rental period.
